Frequently Asked Questions
Is this for my skill level?
Yes. The Lower Body Blueprint teaches a movement pattern — not a band-aid for one specific miss. Whether you’re shooting 78 or 108, your body still needs to drop, swivel, and turn through the ball the same way. The pattern doesn’t change. What changes is where you are in building it. If you’re a higher handicap, you’ll start to feel what an organized swing actually feels like — probably for the first time. If you’re lower, you’ll finally understand why your swing falls apart under pressure and how to fix it mid-round without a swing thought for every shot.
Do I need any equipment or a lot of space?
Just your body. Several drills can be done in your living room without a club. A mirror helps but isn’t required. If you want to take it to the range, even better. But you can start building the pattern at home tonight.
How long do I get access to these videos?
As long as you need them. There’s no account required and no limit on the access. If the Blueprint helped your game and you want to go deeper, the full library is there when you’re ready. No auto-charges. No pressure. Your call.
Why is this free? What’s the catch?
Because I think most golfers have never been taught how their body actually works in the golf swing. And I’d rather show you than try to convince you on a sales page. The Lower Body Blueprint is 8 videos from our full library at Elite Golf Online. It’s real instruction — not a highlight reel or a teaser. If it helps your game and you want more — the complete video library, unlimited swing analysis, weekly live Q&As — you’ll see how to upgrade inside your account. If it doesn’t, you keep the videos. No pressure. I built this because I believe every golfer deserves to understand the system, not just collect tips.
Will I get charged after I sign up?
No. No credit card, no auto-charges, no trial that quietly converts to paid. You create a free account, you get the videos, and you decide if you want more. That’s it. You’re in control of what happens next.
Who’s behind this?
I’m Riley Andrews. I’ve spent 20 years studying how the body moves in the golf swing — not just what positions to hit, but why they create power and consistency. I’m the founder of Elite Golf Schools. I’ve coached golfers at every level, from someone picking up a club for the first time to professionals on the Korn Ferry Tour players. What makes this different from most online instruction: I’m actually here. I host weekly live Q&As. I’m active in the community. I read the comments. This isn’t a content library with my name on it — it’s what I teach every day.
How long are the videos? How much time do I need?
Each video is around 10 minutes. You can watch one a day, or sit down and go through the whole series in an afternoon. But here’s what most golfers do: they watch a video, take one concept to the range, and start feeling the difference. You don’t need hours. You need 15 minutes and a willingness to move differently. That’s how you build something that lasts.
What happens after I finish the 8 videos? Am I going to get spammed?
Your free access stays active. You’ll be able to see the full Elite Golf Online library and upgrade anytime if you want access to everything — the complete video library, unlimited swing analysis, and weekly live Q&As. You’ll get a short series of emails to help you get the most out of the videos. After that, we’ll send helpful content occasionally — but there’s always an unsubscribe link. I respect your inbox the same way I’d want mine respected. We’re coaches, not spammers.
How is this different from the free stuff on YouTube?
YouTube gives you a tip. We give you a system. A YouTube video might tell you to “rotate your hips more.” But it won’t teach you that your hips don’t actually rotate the way you think they do — they drop, they swivel, and then the whole system turns through. And it won’t connect that movement to the one before it and the one after it. And it won’t give you a drill to feel the difference in your body. Tips are isolated. The system is connected. That’s why tips work on the range and disappear by the 5th hole. The system comes with you to the course.
I’ve tried other online programs and they didn’t stick. Why would this be different?
Most programs teach positions. Hit this shape at the top. Get to this shape at impact. Copy what the tour player looks like. The problem is, positions are endpoints. They don’t tell your body how to get there. So you spend your mental energy trying to look right instead of move right. The Lower Body Blueprint teaches movement — the sequence your body needs to go through. Drop, swivel, turn. Once you learn the sequence, the positions happen on their own. As one of our members put it: “I finally feel like I’m working with my body instead of fighting against it.” That’s what this approach feels like. You stop thinking and start feeling — which is how your best rounds have always worked.
What if I sign up and it’s not for me?
Then you spent an hour watching 8 well-made videos about how the golf swing actually works — and it didn’t cost you anything. But here’s what we hear from most people who start: by video 3, something shifts. The movements start to make sense. Not in a “I memorized a tip” way — in a “I finally understand why my swing works some days and not others” way. That’s the moment it clicks. And once it does, you don’t go back to guessing.
You’re going to play another round soon. When you do, your lower body is either going to work for you or against you.
This series shows you the difference — and how to feel it before you ever step on the course. 8 videos. Free. Start now.
